Ok, after reading this, I am seriously rethinking eating at ANY fast food place for the rest of my life.

Well, we’re already a week into the new year and it’s already proving to be different than ’09 was. Not much has changed since my last update (those weekly ones never did see the light of day) aside from my schedule at work changing slightly. For the most part I like it, I get to spend Saturday nights with my friends since its the only night their really available and I’m normally always at work come night time. I do like the fact that I’ve exchanged desks with another co-worker so I’m actually sitting next to the buddy that I’m working on that project with. So far as updates go on that, I’m getting a little bit more creative with my designs as of lately I think, and have gotten a few more ideas sketched up. Some have already been inked but not finalized yet and the rest still need work.

I’m a damn good worker and have always held myself to a strong work ethic. 2009 brought a lot of changes to who I am and from that I’ve slightly slipped. I plan to make 2010 the year I push myself further than before. Just as I set the same goal for 2009, I will make it happen this year as well. My goals revolve around the current project I’m working on (call it Project FUD) and the usual improving of one’s self through out the year. This year its getting a handle on my expenses and pushing myself further in my career.

And regarding getting that handle on myself, I’m referring to the fact that I tend to not speak up when I should. So it’s time I started putting my voice out there and make it known.

Tomorrows Saturday, and so starts my weekend as of 8am. If my bank account permits it I plan to pay a visit to the Majestic down the road from me for a nice bottle of Tequila. Then I plan to come back home and throw down on some Modern Warfare 2 or watch some kick ass movies.

My friends have gotten to know me one way, but none of them really know me for who I really am. And now I’m simply beginning to feel that my friendship is being taken advantage of, knowingly and unknowingly.  I had a goal to make the necessary changes to myself that I needed to in 2009 regarding this, and many of those have been accomplished, but its mostly opened my eyes a bit wider to things.

In 2009 I accommodated for others, it’s 2010 now and time for others to accommodate for me.
